Data Analyst

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a talented Data Analyst to support the Test and Training Group. This individual will support in the analysis of data from various sources as a part of testing efforts for multiple Government and military customers. The candidate will provide technical and analytical support by developing analysis tools and supporting live data collection and analysis at test events. The Analyst will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, catalog, compile, and analyze data from test eventsGenerate reports on data collected from eventsSupport running live display and analysis tools during test eventDevelop software tools to aid in the analysis of dataTravel 25% for extended duration as assignedRequired Experience And SkillsUS Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in related fieldBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or other STEM field)Familiarity with coding in Python, C#, or similarAbility to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirementsStrong analytical, inference, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentAbility to travel for test eventsDesired SkillsFamiliarization with source management repositories such as: Git (GitLab, GitHub, or bare Git), Apache Subversion, or BitBucketExperience with Python, C#, C++, SQLExperience with visualization tools, such as SIMDIS and TENAExperience developing software for the Linux platformBasic knowledge of networkingExperience with video processingRadiance Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
