About The RoleDataMap is seeking an experienced person to join our delivery team and lead enterprise procurement transformation engagements. In this role, you will act as the subject matter expert and primary functional lead on Coupa implementations, guiding clients from discovery through go-live and beyond.You will translate complex business requirements into scalable Coupa configurations, build trusted client relationships, and ensure each engagement delivers measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & DeliveryLead end-to-end Coupa implementations across modules including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expensesConfigure the Coupa platform (forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures)Design and execute data migration strategies (suppliers, COA, open POs, contracts)Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate interfacesOwn testing cycles, including unit, integration, and UAT; track and resolve defectsSupport post-go-live hypercare, stabilization, and continuous improvementClient EngagementLead discovery workshops, document requirements, and perform fit-gap analyses aligned to Coupa best practicesServe as the primary functional point of contact for clientsBuild trusted advisor relationships with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholdersCommunicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to both working teams and executivesIdentify expansion opportunities including additional modules and optimization initiativesEnablement & Best PracticesDevelop and deliver training, documentation, SOPs, and change management materialsContribute reusable assets, accelerators, and methodology improvementsStay current on Coupa releases and translate new capabilities into client valueSupport pre-sales efforts including scoping, proposals, and solution demosRequired Qualifications3+ years of ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementation experience with at least two full project lifecycles1+ years of Coupa experience across at least two full project lifecyclesStrong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processesExperience writing functional specifications and requirements documentationAbility to facilitate workshops and communicate with both technical and executive audiencesBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related fieldPreferred QualificationsCoupa Certified Professional (CCP) or BSM certificationExperience with Coupa BSM modules: procurement, invoicing, and at least one of sourcing, contracts, or expensesExperience with SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, or Workday FinancialsFamiliarity with cXML, EDI, or REST APIsBackground with a Coupa partner or systems integratorExposure to Coupa SCDP or Treasury modulesBenefits & PerksCompetitive compensationOngoing training and exposure to cutting-edge technologyOpportunity to learn from top consultants in the industryWhy Join DataMapAccelerate your career in enterprise technology consultingWork on high-impact projects for world-class organizationsJoin a boutique firm that values ownership, credibility, and growthEqual Opportunity StatementDataMap is an equal opportunity employer.
