Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.SciTec has an immediate opportunity for a scrum master to support programs focusing on low-latency data processing, fusion, and tracking algorithms for exploitation of remote sensing systems in Boulder, CO. Our ideal candidate will have a technical background in one or more areas of remote sensing development across system design, software development, and data analytics as well as demonstrated success in team leadership and project management. The successful candidate will lead and manage all scrum activities for two teams of engineers developing products for the U.S. Government.Essential DutiesManage each project's scope and timelineCoordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-upsCoach team members in Agile frameworksFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationWork with customers and product owners to handle backlogs and new requestsResolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occurHelp teams implement changes effectivelyEnsure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprintGuide development teams to higher scrum maturityHelp build a productive environment where team members ‘own' the product and enjoy working on itIdentify programs risks and plans to mitigate, neutralize or otherwise handle risk to ensure program successOther duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's degree, preferred with a STEM or Business focusScrum Master Certification and experience with Agile principals5+ years' US Government or industry experience in government contracts3+ years' experience leading software product teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Excellent ability to work within a team, fostering teamwork and trust with both external and internal customersExcellent ability to develop and maintain customer relationships based on professionalism, responsiveness and ethical conductExcellent ability to readily manage rapidly shifting work priorities and multiple task assignmentsAbility to obtain a DoD SECRET clearanceDetail orientedGood verbal and written communication skillsCandidates who have one or more of the following skills will be preferred:Hold an active DoD Final SECRET clearance or higherAdvanced Degree Demonstrated systems engineering experienceResumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment.
