Communicate consistent and accurate information toBus Operators and the public. Ensurecompliance with ADA and DOT regulations through regular and consistentDaily Observation And CounselAssigns and directs Bus Operators and DispatchersSupports and assists Bus Operators; provides feedback and trainingProvides customer service through daily interaction with passengers, thecommunity, and GMTscommunity partnersEnsures all scheduled routes are performed in a timely and accuratemannerMonitors and manages Bus Operator compliance with route and scheduleadherenceManages detours/road closures and other interruptions to transitservice; adjusts serviceaccordingly and communicates with the marketing departmentMonitors on-time performance (OTP) and manages OTP digital integrityObserves and reports information to GMT Operations managementDrives transit bus in revenue service, non-revenue service, or asrequired by GMT management. Additional experience,as outlined below, may be substitutedfor the required education on a year-for-year basis.Education and/or Experience: An Associates degree and a minimum of three years experience in atransit-related field is preferred. Thorough knowledge of the safe andefficient operation of the transit busroutes.Essential Job Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, anindividual must be able to perform eachEssential Duty Satisfactorily.
