This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and make a significant impact.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement automated data quality and observability monitors to ensure data integrity.Configure monitoring systems to track data freshness, volume, and schema changes.Investigate alerts and perform root cause analysis to resolve data quality issues.Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams to address and prevent data issues.Apply observability techniques to AI and ML pipelines, ensuring data consistency and reliability.Manage and resolve data quality incidents efficiently using established workflows.Work with Data Governance and Business Data Stewards to align technical controls with standards.SkillsMinimum of 4 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data quality roles.Proficient in SQL with experience handling large datasets.Hands-on experience with data observability platforms.Strong analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.Experience in regulated environments, particularly with financial data.Preferred SkillsExperience in supporting data quality for AI/ML or advanced analytics.Familiarity with data lineage and governance platforms.Exposure to CI/CD or automated testing patterns for data pipelines.We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all individuals are valued and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
