Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX for a Managing Consultant. The Managing Consultant will be responsible for leading consulting engagements, advising clients on compliance and regulatory strategies, and developing industry-specific solutions. Tasks include conducting in-depth analyses, creating actionable recommendations, overseeing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value-driven results and ensure clients' success in achieving their business goals. Qualifications Experience in compliance, strategic planning, and regulatory consulting within highly regulated industries.Proficiency in conducting research, data analysis, and providing actionable business insights.Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills to oversee projects and engage with clients effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.Proficiency with analytics software, reporting tools, or industry-specific compliance systems is a plus.Relevant education, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Policy, or a similar field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD) are advantageous.Proven ability to work in on-site consulting environments and manage time effectively in fast-paced settings.
