The work is performed in low and high traffic areas exposed to the elements.Facility Location: 3009 Sandy Lane Fort Worth, TX 76112Job Duties:Setting up safe work zones with proper equipmentCommunicating with your partner to keep everyone safeControlling traffic flow with stop/slow paddlesProviding outstanding service and protection to customersReceiving continuous development and guidance to turn an entry level opportunity into a long-term careerAssists Field Supervisors in job setups and pick-upsAssists as a flagger on Flagging projectsAssists in the cleanup of the Yard and WarehouseCompetencies:Able to follow instructions and directions.Able to communicate effectively with the Supervisor in turn.Able to work with basic tools such as screwdriver, hammer, wrench, drill, etc.Able to show up to work on time and readyDisclaimer: The duties and responsibilities are basic outline and are not limited to the duties listed.QualificationsValid driver's license required for this roleAble to stand 8-12 hours a dayLifting 50-60 lbsWorking in all types of weather, and in trafficAble to pass pre-employment screening including a drug testAdditional InformationFull time, $16.50/hourComprehensive benefits package including three medical plan options and two dental plan options, along with additional benefits such as Legal and Identity Shield, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage.Eligibility for benefits starts on the 1st of the month following your hire date.Company-paid life insurance coverage.Company-paid long-term disability (LTD) insurance.Availability of Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).Participation in the 401(k) retirement plan.Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.Work Environment: The job is fast paced and requires continuous attention to detail.
