White Station Rd, Suite 110 Memphis, TN 38117 Position SummaryAs a Kitchen Team Member, you play a vital role in preparing high-quality food that keeps our guests coming back. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where consistency, efficiency, and teamwork are key. Your goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction with every dish served. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards Maintain stocked and organized workstations throughout each shift Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including equipment and surfaces Follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation procedures Execute consistent plate presentation and garnishing standards Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, fryers, and grills, safely and efficiently Assist team members during busy periods and support prep work during slower times Help open and close the kitchen according to established procedures and checklists Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food handling guidelines QualificationsStrong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred:At least 1 year of food preparation or kitchen experience Experience with pizza, ovens, fryers, or grills Job DetailsEmployment Type: Full-time & Part-time opportunities available Shifts: Day and Night shifts Location: On-site Perks & BenefitsEmployee discounts Fun, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and development
