Laborer/ Equipment OperatorEquipment Operator, Flex Labor & Dirt WorkWe are seeking motivated individuals for full-time positions involving heavy to light equipment operation, labor, and dirt work. This role offers competitive pay, and benefits package.Job Responsibilities:Safely and efficiently operate various types of light to heavy equipment.Knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations.Knowledge on safely operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers and other related equipment.Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.QualificationsAbility to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditionsAbility to lift up to 60 poundsComfortable working at heights or tight spacesMechanical aptitude is a plusMSHA certification is a plus but not requiredWillingness and ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug/alcohol screening BenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) + Holidays401(k)At JENNMAR Services, our employees are our most valuable asset.
