This role helps keep service fast, clean, and organized. You will assist servers and bartenders so they can focus on guest care.This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and takes pride in doing things the right way.ResponsibilitiesFood Runner Duties:* Deliver food quickly and accurately to guest tables* Make sure dishes look clean and presentable* Help clear, reset, and maintain tables* Communicate with servers and kitchen staff* Keep service areas clean and stockedBarback Duties:* Restock bar supplies, ice, and glassware* Change kegs and refill mixers as needed* Keep the bar clean and organized* Remove trash and empty bins* Support bartenders during busy timesQualifications* Restaurant or bar experience is a plus* Ability to move quickly and stay organized* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Able to lift up to 40 lbs* Must be able to stand and walk for long periods* Must meet legal age requirements for bar work* Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed* Professional appearance and positive attitudeWhy Join UsYou will be part of a hotel known for quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
