The Cardiothoracic Surgery locum tenens opportunity in CaliforniaDuration: March 2022 October 2022 (per your availability)Location: 45 minutes south of Sacramento, CASchedule: Prefer full-time, but will consider 1-4 weeks per monthShift: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in O.R., shared callScope: Cardio, thoracic, peripheral vascular, minimally invasive, amputations shared with orthopedic surgeon, CABG, Carotid, AAA, Fem Pop?Option for locums: For NO vascular, TAVRVolume: 70-80 cases per month (mostly hearts, some thoracic, lowest volume vascular)EMR: CernerGroup: 2 other cardiothoracic surgeonsSupport: Intensivist on 24/7 and take first call, 1:4 physician to APP ratio (PAs first assist and round, NPs round, NP in office), 25 interventional cardiologistsHospital: Level I trauma center, 350 bedsRequired: Board certification with California license Veronica ConleyPacific
