From all-day snacks to late-night bites, you'll prep, cook, and plate dishes that match our fun, fresh, and fearless brand.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food items according to Moxy standards-clean, fast, and deliciousKeep the kitchen area spotless, organized, and ready to rockFollow recipes, portion guidelines, and health & safety protocols (we play clean)Work the line during busy periods-breakfast rush, happy hour, or a full-on weekend sceneHelp receive deliveries and rotate stock like a bossCommunicate with the Crew to keep everything running smooth and vibeyBring creativity and ideas-Moxy loves fresh takes and bold flavorsQualificationsPassionate about food and the kitchen hustleCool under pressure and quick on the lineA team player who knows how to handle the heat (literally)Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and organizedComfortable with flexible schedules (weekends, holidays, and mornings are part of the fun)Previous experience as a line cook or prep cookFamiliarity with modern, grab-and-go or casual dining conceptsFood handler certification (or willing to get one)Physical RequirementsFrequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, or hear.Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Ability to stand during the entire 8 hour shift.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the requirements of this position if such accommodations do not create an undue hardship for the company.
