VDC ManagerWe’re looking for a VDC leader to drive digital delivery across Data Center projects. This role owns BIM/VDC strategy, coordination workflows, and model‑based planning from preconstruction through turnover.What You’ll DoLead VDC/BIM execution plans and digital coordination processesOversee model setup, federation, clash review, and design updatesProduce 3D/4D visuals: logistics plans, phasing, sequencingIntegrate laser scans and validate field conditionsSupport project teams with training, standards, and best practicesTrack VDC performance metrics and contribute to innovation initiativesFacilitate coordination meetings and interface with site teamsMaintain safe working practices on active project sitesWhat You Bring7+ years in BIM/VDC within constructionStrong command of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCADExperience with platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Trimble solutionsMEP coordination and model‑based planning experience preferredExcellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently across multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel and operate on live construction sitesNice to HaveExposure to SketchUp, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, Tekla, Recap, or Point LayoutBackground delivering training or supporting BIM standardsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
