Enterprise Program Management

Lead governance and delivery of strategic technology and business transformation programs. Manage multiple global consulting and system integration (SI) vendors, including Big consulting forms Work directly with CIOs, CXOs, business leaders, and vendor leadership teams. Drive program governance, delivery assurance, risk management, dependency tracking, and escalations. Hold vendors accountable for project scope, timelines, quality, budgets, and business outcomes. Manage portfolio financials, milestones, contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and value realization. Lead executive reporting, steering committee meetings, and cross-functional stakeholder communications.
