Quality Inspector

AVNA is a well-established, successful, growing and highly regarded manufacturer of precision stamped and machined components and assemblies. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The requirements for this position include:Quality Inspector Responsibilities: Blueprint Reading and Interpretation, Geometric Tolerancing experience a plusAble to follow Control Plan instructions and record results with accuracyAble to use standard measurement equipment (RAM, comparator, height gages,gage blocks/plugs, calipers, micrometers, measuring microscopes)Experience with First Piece and in-process inspections in a high volumemanufacturing/assembly environmentConducts mechanical test such as hardness testing, tensile/compression testing, cutforce testingComputer literate a mustQuality Inspectors are required to:·   Have good communication skills·   Have good attendance·   Understand and follow written procedures·   Follow safety and 5S procedures·   Be responsible for their work  An Equal Opportunity Employer -----M/F/D/V
