Job Summary The Sauce is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team! As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We are located right across the from our sister restaurant The Taco Stache. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing them with menus and information about specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders while upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct. Assist with food preparation as needed, following all food handling and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry is preferred; experience in elevated dining is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
