Qualifications: - Prior experience in cleaning, custodial services, or related field is advantageous. - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and sanitation standards. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to established guidelines. - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Familiarity with carpet cleaning, floor care, and other specialized cleaning practices is a plus. - Capability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and organized environment.
