Production Operator / Paste Operator

*Join Our Production Team* Agusa is looking for a dependable and motivated *Production Operator / Paste Operator* to join our production team in Lemoore. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping our production process running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well as part of a team, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. *Manufacturing experience is helpful, but we encourage dependable candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to apply.* What You'll Do As a Production Operator, you will: * Operate and monitor production equipment used in the paste processing area * Keep raw material supplied to production equipment during operation * Receive and handle raw materials and production supplies * Scan or manually record incoming and outgoing paste bins * Change and sanitize production filters * Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas * Assist with plant wash-down and sanitation procedures * Operate a forklift for material handling and loading activities * Complete daily forklift inspections * Load empty wooden bins onto flatbed trailers * Handle and prepare empty paste containers for return to vendors * Assist with rework and other production activities * Provide break and lunch coverage for other production positions as needed * Follow company safety, PPE, food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Perform other production duties as assigned What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: * Is dependable and has good attendance * Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude * Can work effectively as part of a production team * Can follow written procedures and safety requirements * Pays close attention to detail * Can handle multiple responsibilities during a shift * Communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers * Is willing to learn production equipment and processes * Is willing to work scheduled shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays *High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* *Forklift experience is preferred.* Candidates without current certification may still be considered depending on experience and qualifications. Physical & Work Environment This is an active manufacturing position. Employees regularly stand, walk, use their hands, reach, communicate, and work around production equipment. The position may also require bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and occasionally lifting up to *60 pounds*. Employees may work around moving equipment, airborne particles, cleaning and sanitation chemicals, outdoor conditions, and moderate-to-high noise levels. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as applicable.
