Position Highlights Practice within a fully integrated oncology center with an established patient base — no need to build from scratch Collaborative support team including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical assistants, schedulers, and patient navigation services Access to clinical trials and affiliations with major academic institutions 4.5-day clinical workweek with early finish on Friday Dedicated physician work areas and modern electronic medical record system Compensation & Benefits $500,000 base salary Productivity incentive: $100 per wRVU earned Opportunity to earn 7,500 wRVUs annually Comprehensive employed benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement) Malpractice coverage provided Requirements MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Medical Oncology 3–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates will be considered Eligible for or able to obtain a California medical license Interest in community-based oncology practice with opportunities for academic involvement PandoLogic.
