Senior Enterprise Systems Consulting Lead (Remote - USA or Canada)

Responsibilities:Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Financial Systems team within the IT organization. This team supports the US and Canada-based back-office functions, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP along with numerous other on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The team maintains the existing solutions, performs upgrades, and implements net new solutions with a preference towards cloud solutions. The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst will provide advanced technical support, lead development/configuration initiatives for the financial systems, and guide junior team members. This individual should be self-motivated, eager to continuously learn, and have a strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment.Lead the support/maintenance of financial systems in production and test environmentsDevelop advanced financial reporting and analysisProvide end-user support with a focus on proactive measures to avoid issuesLead the development of integrationsParticipate in and contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports the financial systems, providing guidance to junior team membersCreate and maintain documentation on systems and processes using team standardsLead development and configuration work on various new systems as neededQualifications:Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP and general business processesExperience configuring business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)5+ years development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Dexterity5+ years of experience in SQL ScriptingStrong oral/written communication and presentation skillsWillingness to join and participate in a support team that provides 24x7 end-user support which occasionally results in overtimeAbility to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audienceAbility to maintain high quality of deliverablesPreferredMaster’s degree with a focus in CS, MIS or other relevant degree3+ years of experience in ASP.NET and C# programming3+ years of experience with SSIS and SSRSExperience with Microsoft Power PlatformHexagon will not sponsor applicants for a work visa for this position.
