The Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC) is seeking a full‑time pediatric cardiologist to serve as an acute care cardiologist supporting our rapidly growing team within the Texas Center for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Disease (TCPCHD), a collaboration between UT Health Austin and Dell Children’s Medical Center, recently ranked No. 10 in the nation for Pediatric Cardiology and Heart Surgery in the 2025–26 U.S. News & World Report Best Children’s Hospitals rankings.

About the Pediatric Cardiology - Advanced Cardiac Imaging Position
The position requires fellowship training in advanced cardiac imaging and focuses on patient care, program development, team building, safety, quality, and access to imaging services. Responsibilities include outpatient clinic, inpatient consultation, supervision of advanced practice providers, and hospital service. The role collaborates closely with the Chief of Pediatric Cardiology, department leadership, radiology, and other departments within UT Health and the University of Texas at Austin.

Qualifications
Board‑certified/eligible in Pediatric Cardiology and able to obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
Advanced fellowship training in Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, and associated imaging modalities.
Experience at higher volume centers with demonstrated ability in advanced imaging preferred.
Previous experience or education in medical administration and clinical research preferred.
Eligible for faculty appointment at The University of Texas at Austin.
