Wellness Sales Specialist

We have been in the swimming pool business for over 60 years and are looking for a full time passionate and results-driven professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and cultivating lasting relationships with clients to sell inground swimming pools, swim spas, hot tubs, inground liners and safety covers. Sales Specialist Duties: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Qualifications: - Proven experience in technical sales - Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
