Our real estate expertise and in-house legal counsel ensure smooth resolutions of complex title issues.Role OverviewFull-time remote role open to California residents with proven business development or sales experience in the title, escrow, or real estate industry and established real estate industry networks. We are seeking a motivated, results-driven professional to execute targeted growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence across California. This position features a heavily commission-based compensation structure offering unlimited earning potential commensurate with your success in generating new business while upholding our ethical, client-focused standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:Execute business development strategies to promote title and escrow services, ensuring full compliance with SB 133, RESPA, California Insurance Code anti-rebating provisions, and all applicable federal and state regulationsIdentify and cultivate partnerships with real estate professionals through targeted outreach and relationship-buildingConduct market research, prospecting, and competitive analysis to generate leads and enhance service adoptionOrganize and participate in industry events, networking sessions, seminars, and client presentations to showcase NESI’s offeringsTrack and report on performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and new business acquisitionCollaborate with internal teams, such as escrow officers and legal counsel, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirementsMaintain and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and referralsManage personal sales pipeline and contribute to marketing initiatives within allocated budgets  Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales within the title or escrow, industry, with a history of generating revenue and building partnershipsSolid understanding of California real estate markets (residential and commercial transactions)Knowledge of compliant marketing and outreach practices, including navigation of SB 133, RESPA, and anti-rebating lawsEstablished real estate industry relationships and networks highly valued for immediate impact and rapid revenue contributionStrong networking, negotiation, and prospecting skills with a proactive, high-energy approachExcellent communication and presentation abilities, grounded in integrity and a client-centric mindsetAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with teamsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferredWhy Join NESI Title and Escrow Company?Join a collaborative, client-centric team passionate about superior service and excellence. Realistic on-target earnings can reach $80,000–$160,000+ annually (or higher) for high performers who leverage established industry networks.
