As an Office Manager in our State College, PA office, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient day-to-day operations while supporting local leadership and staff. You'll help ensure the office runs smoothly, remains organized, and provides a professional and welcoming environment.This position blends office management, administrative support, and coordination with corporate operations. You will work closely with the Pennsylvania Group Manager while also collaborating with our NJ Office Manager to support company initiatives and maintain consistency across offices. This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a developing office and take on increasing responsibility over time.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily office operations to ensure an organized, efficient, and professional work environmentManage front office responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiriesCoordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling for office leadershipAssist with travel arrangements as neededOrder and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationshipsHandle incoming and outgoing mail, shipping, and package distributionPrepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and correspondenceProvide administrative support to project teams, including assistance with proposals and submission packagesMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systemsSupport onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and coordinationCoordinate office events, meetings, and team activitiesAssist in implementing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and corporate initiativesCollaborate with Corporate Operations Team to ensure consistency across officesIdentify and communicate process improvements to enhance office efficiencyMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive informationCompensation: $25-$28/hourRequirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of relevant experience5+ years of administrative, office management, or related experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyProfessional demeanor with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience in a professional services or engineering environment preferredBenefitsFlexible hoursPaid Time OffMedical, Dental & Vision coverage (if working over 30 hours/week)401(k) (if minimum hours met)
