Inside Sales Associate

Job Description Summary: An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts. Responsibilities:Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotationsProvide accurate project management of project ordersMultiple customer types including contractor, government, commercial and industrialNegotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customersEnter orders for different jobs for different customersSetup certain customers on blanketsFollow up on product deliveriesHelp counter with salesCourtesy and politeness toward customersMulti-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the dayOther duties as required Minimum Qualifications:High School or GED2-3 years of Inside Sales experience is a must – electrical distribution industry preferredEclipse or Solar experience is a plusSolid customer service backgroundProficient in Microsoft Suite – Eclipse knowledge preferredGood and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skillsReliable, responsible, and a great work ethicCompany DescriptionCapital Electric offers electrical products and services to contractors.
