All of this guarantees the overall sustainability of the Company.Join the team and boost your professional career!From Persán, a leading multinational and family company in Europe in the development,manufacturing, and marketing of home care and personal care products, with 85 yearsworking for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, asTalent Acquisition SpecialistPreparing attractive and accurate recruitment advertisements tailored to production and technical positions in the FMCG/chemical industry (including production line operators, maintenance technicians, laboratory technicians, warehouse workers);Proactively recruiting specialists experienced in production environments with high quality and safety standards (GMP, HACCP);Seeking new channels to reach candidates, including industry portals, professional groups, and local educational initiatives;Selection of applications and assessment of candidate fit based on technical competencies and compliance with organizational culture;Independently managing full recruitment processes for direct and specialist positions in chemical production;Continuous contact with candidates at every stage of the process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;Maintaining recruitment documentation in accordance with procedures and quality requirements applicable in the FMCG industry;Administering an internal database of candidates and recruitment documents; Active collaboration on employer branding activities and representing the company at job fairs and HR events.
