Casting Machine Operator

We are currently hiring Casting Machine Operators for all three shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with machine operation experience who are looking to join a growing manufacturing team focused on quality, safety, and production excellence. Shift Schedules & Pay 1st Shift * Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 2nd Shift * Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift * Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Pay: * Pay: $17 – $24.15 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities * Monitor and ensure casting dies are operating properly. * Collect first-off pieces after machine setup and deliver them to Quality Control for inspection. * Observe and inspect assigned casting/molding machine operations. * Monitor product quality, identifying issues such as excessive flash, poor surface finish, and other visible defects. * Follow all quality and safety procedures. * Frequently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds. * Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed. Qualifications * Previous machine operation experience required. * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance tasks. * Injection molding experience is a plus. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards. * 3–6 months of related manufacturing experience or training preferred. * High school diploma or GED preferred. #IndeedSF
