You will be a key contributor to the continual evolution of our customer-facing website, helping to improve overall usability, optimize user journeys, and increase conversion rates.What You’ll Do:Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ongoing business needs and goalsConduct competitive and comparative research to understand how the industry as a whole is evolvingCreate detailed wireframes, journey maps and user flows that address business and user needsWork with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designsAssist with A/B testing initiatives to identify incremental changes to website content and design that will contribute to site experience and performance improvementsReview behavioral and analytics reports to gain insight into how users engage with our website, and identity opportunities for improvementCreate new web pages in our CMS (WordPress), and manage ongoing content updates for existing pagesCollaborate with the Marketing design team to integrate visual and brand identity into the web experience, and develop additional graphic assets as requiredEnsure all designs are scalable and responsive, optimized for different devices and screen sizesReview content structure and recommend information architecture improvementsKeep up to date with industry trends in all fields that relate to UI/UX, including mobile design, responsive design, accessibility and evolving web/mobile standardsQualificationsWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in design, or equivalent professional experience5+ years experience in user interface and interaction design across digital channelsExpertise in standard UX software and design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite)Clear understanding and demonstrated experience of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, A/B testing, usability, and accessibility concernsOnline portfolio that highlights challenging design problems and creative solutions that led to direct and positive business impactExperience and comfort with working in an Agile development environment using tools like JiraAbility to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and promote a user-centric culture within an organizationCMS experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsNice to have: B2B SaaS industry experience, WordPress experienceAdditional InformationWhat You’ll Get:Work for a growing leader within the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) tech spaceJoin a mission-driven company that is transforming the industry by changing the way customers use API creation within business-critical processesCareer development and mentorshipA flexible, remote-friendly company with personality and heartJitterbit is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
