Lead Software Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Manage and develop a team of software architects responsible for creating and supporting robust architectures. Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with application delivery teams to provide essential architecture services and support. Oversee the planning and delivery of architecture services that significantly enable efficient and high-quality software delivery.What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field. 10+ years of experience in application development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for software architects. Demonstrated ability to curate software architectures for both custom development and packaged software implementations.
