The ideal candidate is a compassionate expert in senior care, a savvy operational manager, and a leader who thrives on building high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence & ComplianceMaintain current and unrestricted LALD licensure with BELTSS.Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Manage the annual budget, monitor fiscal health, and oversee capital replacement plans.Lead the community through successful license surveys and quality audits.Leadership & Team Development:Provide visionary leadership to the assisted living team, overseeing daily operations.Prioritize staff training and mentorship to ensure a high standard of competency and care.Foster a positive workplace culture to reduce turnover and increase employee engagement.Resident & Community Relations:Serve as the face of the community, providing tours and educating families/referrals on our services.Manage tenant-landlord relations with empathy and fairness, resolving grievances promptly.Ensure a vibrant social and activities program is in place to enhance resident well-being.Monitor resident health transitions and facilitate conferences with families regarding residency requirements or care level changes.QualificationsLicensure: Active Minnesota LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) license required.Experience: Proven track record in senior care management or supervision.Expertise: Deep knowledge of the elderly/disabled population and assisted living regulations.Skills: Strong financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to handle sensitive tenant/employee issues with discretion.Ready to Lead?
