Onsite - The Relationship Manager

ON SITEThe Relationship ManagerLocation: NYC, NYDuration: 12 Months +The Relationship Manager will be a key member of Relationship Management team. ITRelationship Manager collaborate closely with assigned Division IT liaisons to support current andupcoming business initiatives requiring technological assistance, ensuring that there is strategicalignment between IT and business objectives. Relationship Managers review and assess newintake requests sent to IT, ensuring they are qualified to accurately define the expected businessoutcome to facilitate seamless processing through IT solution delivery. They serve as the primarypoint of contact for escalations that demand timely resolution and for project prioritization.Serve as a point of contact for all technology advisory needs for the assigned divisionsThoroughly understand program’s business processes and underlying business need for atechnical solutionBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, systemanalysis or a related study, or equivalent experienceMinimum of five years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines,including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, applicationdevelopment, middleware, database management or cloud developmentExposure to multiple, diverse technologies, platforms, and processing environmentsGood understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practicalapplication of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business andoperating modelsGood understanding of product management, agile principles and developmentmethodologies and capability of supporting agile teams by providing advice and guidanceon opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debtExperience in relationship /solution/ demand/customer success managementExperience delivering presentations to senior-level executives, business and technicalAudienceExcel verbal and written communication skills
