JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary Duties: TechTu Business Solutions is looking for a Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Analyst to be part of the team to lead the design, build, implement and support.Provide business and technical architectural guidance to internal teams and customers using/adopting end-to-end process flow of Oracle Cloud HCM products and services. Drive new implementations and transformation initiatives from on-prem to Cloud. Define/update scope, design Oracle on-prem / Cloud end-to-end solutions. Configure, develop, and oversee Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Compensate and Talent & Performance. Identify, Coordinate and track/resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Application implementation and development of reports. Develop high level business requirements and translate requirements into high-level functional requirements. Design, develop, create, and implement and manage procedures and processes to develop structural content for the project/s. Provide technical and specialized guidance concerning automated solutions to complex information processing problems. Conduct peer-review of business requirements and functional requirements to ensure designed solutions support company needs and determine if the same type of functionality can be utilized using current systems to mitigate additional cost and litigation where possible. Manage client and vendor relations, partner with customers and vendors and manage contract consultants to achieve technology goals. Manage project management lifecycle, manages, understand, and support the project management cycle within the company. Create, manage, and prioritize product feature backlog. Collaborate with cross functional teams to assess impacts to as-is HR workflows. Partner with the Solution Delivery lead, architects, and support team to solution design and support requirements. Research and analyze markets to influence the technology roadmaps and to keep abreast of Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS: Associate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field of study (Foreign academic equivalent accepted) plus five (5) years of experience. HQ in Pleasanton; Telecommuting permitted. Approx. 25% travel to client sites within the U.S. Three (3) years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, SQL, Talent Suite, PBL Data Conversions, HCM Extracts, BIP, Dashboards and OTBI Reports required.
