Sales GIS Analyst
About the Role:The Sales GIS Analyst role is responsible for supporting multiple internal and external customers. They will assist the Sales and Sales Engineering teams, along with creating data necessary for the Costing and Pricing teams.What You Will Do:Use Salesforce to track account progress and update customer maps related to specific accounts.Create presentation maps using Google Earth to display design information for customers.Geocode and verify integrity of data in a timely manner, using Excel and Microsoft 365 products.Adapts to design process changes and new software applications to adhere to and improve the quality of their work.Require a solid analytical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills, good communication skills, good inter-personal relationship skills, positive attitude, and a high degree of integrity.Works flexible hours and travels as needed.Supports special projects assigned.Performs other duties as assigned.Do You Have:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS or other related fields and a minimum of 2 years' experience with GIS; OR GIS certificate with minimum of 4 years' experience in GIS.Proficient in ESRI's ArcGIS products, including ArcMap and ArcGIS Online.Proficient in data management, analysis and interpretation.Must understand network design and maintenance as it relates to telecommunications and fiber optics.Knowledge of small cell design and implementation.Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team and individually.Must be able to multitask and potentially jump from one project onto another of higher priority or a shorter timeline efficiently.SQL and Python knowledge is a plus (preferred).Ability to work multiple tasks in a stressful environment while maintaining a positive and pleasant manner with others.Ability to handle a large volume of work and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.Ability to travel up to 20%.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, holidays, and weekendsThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
