Cashier/Host

Overview We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Responsibilities - Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor - Assist guests with seating arrangements - Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently - Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately - Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy - Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth guest service - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area Requirements - Experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week Benefits: Referral program Physical Setting: Fast casual restaurant Shift: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Evening shift Morning shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Baldwinsville, NY 13027 (Required) Work Location: In person
