Position Title: Bilingual Office ManagerLocation: Cypress, TXAssignment Type: Direct HireCompensation: $65,000-80,000Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-5 pmBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).About The RoleYou will serve as the central point of coordination for the office while also performing key EA‑level responsibilities such as travel, calendaring, and expenses. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys being the go‑to person, and can balance operational tasks with executive support.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Facilities ManagementManage front‑office operations, including greeting visitors and accepting packagesStock and maintain breakroom suppliesCoordinate with vendors and assist with logistics for the upcoming office moveSupport general office needs as they ariseExecutive Support (EA Duties)Manage complex calendars for two CEOsCoordinate domestic travel arrangementsPrepare and process expense reportsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all executive interactionsEmployee & Onsite SupportServe as a point of contact for office staffProvide bilingual assistance to applicants and walk‑ins (required)Collaborate with the current Office Manager during transition as she moves to another departmentQualificationsBilingual required (English/Spanish)4+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
