ResponsibilitiesOperate Volvo dry van trucks on Midwest regional routes safely and efficientlyMaintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policiesDeliver freight on time and communicate effectively with dispatchComplete pre- and post-trip inspections and report vehicle issues promptlyMaintain a clean and professional driving record (MVR)Adhere to scheduled routes and manage night driving as requiredProvide excellent customer service while handling UPS mail contracts and other freightWork collaboratively with the dispatch and driver support team to ensure smooth operationsRequired QualificationsValid CDL Class A licenseMinimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experienceAt least 23 years of ageClean motor vehicle record (MVR) with no clearinghouse violationsStrong commitment to safety and professional, positive attitudeAbility to operate vehicles safely, including night drivingWillingness to work from IL, IN, WI, OH, MN, IA, MO, KY, or MIPreferred QualificationsExperience with dry van freight and USPS mail contractsFamiliarity with Midwest regional routes and scheduling flexibilityCustomer service orientation and effective communication skillsCompany DescriptionFor more than 20 years, our trucks have been rolling down US highways.
