Title: Lead Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Onsite in Boston, MA 4 days/week, 1 day remoteDuration: 6 month contract with likely extensionAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on full stack developer lead to join our Asset Management – Investment Technology in Boston. This role will play a critical part in modernizing supporting core investment platforms, with a focus on scalable cloud-based architecture, full stack delivery and robust engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive full stack application development using modern technologies across cloud-native and hybrid architecturesDesign and implement scalable and APIs with strong security, monitoring and logging frameworksDevelop rich UI components using framework such as React or AngularContinuously seek automation opportunities to improve team efficiencyEssential Qualifications and Experience10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead roleExperience with PythonExperience with Java OR .NETExperience with React OR AngularStrong API development and integration experienceProven ability to led teams and drive cross-functional delivery in a matrix environmentFinancial services experienceITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
