Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides comprehensive support for Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development through the support and execution of a variety of administrative functions, including generating and auditing reports, metric tracking, coordinating labor requests, sourcing and other projects. YOUR TASKS* Coordinate and track labor requisition requests.* Assist with candidate sourcing through job boards, databases, and networking platforms.* Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.* Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS).* Manage, audit and report on Talent Acquisition requisitions and metrics, ensuring ongoing and accurate reporting and analysis.* Participate in various hiring initiatives and projects, providing logistical and administrative support.* Contribute to process improvement efforts within Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development functions.* Assign, track, and manage training courses within the LMS.* Process manual completions for in-person or externally completed training.* Audit and update training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.* Assist in the preparation, testing, and launch of new training programs.* Develop user guides and communications for employees regarding training requirements.* Track and report training completions to ensure compliance with deadlines.YOUR PROFILE* 2 plus years' experience providing HR administrative support.* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.* Superb written and verbal communication skills.* Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.* Aptitude for learning new software and systems.* Ability to work flexible hours.* Previous HR experience in 3PL/Distribution environments preferred.* Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.WE OFFER* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.* 401(k) with company matching up to 6%.* Paid Time Off, including paid holidays.* Flexible Spending Accounts.* Voluntary benefits such as legal and financial assistance, pet insurance, and more.* Employee Assistance Program.* Ongoing employee development opportunities including tuition reimbursement, scholarships, and training.* Commuter benefits.* Employee engagement activities.EOE Protected Veterans/Disability
