Our primary program, the Ronald McDonald House, provides a place to stay for families that have children receiving medical treatment at Tampa Bay hospitals and outpatient centers. RMHCTB operates 4 Ronald McDonald Houses in Tampa Bay, 3 located in St. Petersburg and 1 located in Tampa.OverviewBenefits: RMHC-TB covers 100% of employee health and dental, provides 401k with annual contribution, offers two weeks of paid leave with annual leave increase plus an additional 12 flexible days for holidays + accrued sick leave.Work location: Admin Office - 35 Davis Blvd, Tampa, FL 33606Schedule: Mon -Thurs and typically remote Fridays if desired. Proficiency in software tools like Excel, Word, Share Point, and various database applications is crucial for managing and analyzing data effectively. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying data-driven insights clearly.Upholding ethical fundraising standards and complying with relevant laws is paramount. An objective evaluation mindset, initiative to problem-solve, and fluency in English are also necessary. Additionally, holding a valid Florida driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required for this position.Essential FunctionsDatabase & Data Management Oversee the maintenance and administration of the organization's databases. This includes training staff on database usage and procedures. Conduct daily data entry of gifts received. Import and Export gift and donor information through multiple donation platforms. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with organizational standards and HIPPA. Develop and implement database policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with CFPO on pledge and payment tracking and reminder process Data Analysis: Compile, clean, organize, and analyze program and donor data to create useful summaries for senior leadership and board reports. Reconcile donation data with monthly financials.Impact & EvaluationQuantitative Data Collection: Lead the collaboration effort with program and development staff for gathering data related to all program activities, including guest surveys, and donor related information.Collaborate with gift officers to ensure accurate portfolio management. Conduct wealth screening and other data overlays to support fundraising initiatives.Provide analysis of data trends and submit reports to the COO and CDMO.Develop and produce standard and custom queries and reports: weekly, monthly, annually.Segment and pull lists for direct mail, event invitations, email lists, donor solicitation, and stewardship listsResearch prospective individual and corporate donors from both external and internal sources.Donor Stewardship & Acknowledgement Utilize receipting function in CRM to ensure timely acknowledgements are sent to donors. Coordinate with the CFPO for donor tax deduction procedures and language. Collaborate with the Associate Director of Stewardship & Impact to update annual acknowledgement letters.Special Events Coordinate with the Events and Sponsorship Manager to obtain information on donated auction items. Coordinate with CFPO for fair market valuation and tax deduction procedures for donated noncash items. Coordinate with CFPO for tax deduction procedures of auction items won at events. Update sponsorship tracking sheets with payment information.Other Responsibilities Attends special meetings/community events as needed to speak/represent RMHC TB. Assumes other duties as assigned.Education And Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree preferredAt least three years' paid experience in a similar role in a nonprofit setting (fundraising, development, and CRM management)Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredAbility to read, write, speak and understands English fluently.Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.Highly proficient in Excel, Word, Share Point, various email software, and database softwareSuperior organizational and planning skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize duties, take initiative and problem-solve while meeting deadlinesStrong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.Adherence to the Association of Fundraising Professionals Code of Ethical Principles and Standards and comply with all local, state and national laws regarding fundraising on behalf of RMHC of Tampa Bay.The employee must maintain a valid Florida driver's license and operable vehicle.Physical RequirementsHearing.Vision.Ability to push up to 50 pounds; ability to lift 40 pounds.Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc., as job may require.Get started with our team!If you think this job aligns with your requirements, then submitting an application is simple.
