Desktop Support TechOnsite 100% at customer site. Primary day to day: Desktop support at corporate location. Top two required skills that candidates must have: Customer services and administration (paperwork, case notes, etc).Looking for 3-5 years desktop support experience.Nice to have: CompTIA A+, skills desk stop support, remote desktop team work. Great customer service skills, listen vs. talks, good note taker, follows process, asked good solid questions.Schedule is Monday – Friday, little chance of OT. No call. Hours are somewhat flexible. 8-5 is a good start.No parking reimbursement.Enterprise desktop experience must.Convert at $24 - $26, Desktop Support Tech 2 $1500 sign on bonus- $500 at 3 month conversion and $1,000 at 6 months.
