Contract Manager

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Contract Manager to join their team! This position is located in Richardson, TX or Ashburn, Virginia.Duties:Manage contract records, documents and asset records in contract management applicationsResearch contract and contracted telecommunications assets within an engineering organizationDraft, revise and edit contractual documentsAccelerate the development of contracts, amendments, and SOWsMonitor contract renewals and other key contract milestonesResolve contract compliance issuesIdentify issues and coordinate resolutions with transactions internal negotiation teamUnderstand business requirements, legal provisions, and Corporate PoliciesReview and interpret sourcing and corporate policy requirementsTake responsibility for consultation and escalation of contractual terms and conditions to Senior Management, including provision of current and potential legal and business issues and/or risksDesired Skills/Experience:Microsoft Office suite and Google application proficiencyProcurement Contracting Analysis experiencenSAPTelecommunication Assets and Services Procurement KnowledgeBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
