Apply via Dice today!Position – Senior Fiber TesterLocation: New Albany, OhioStart Date: 05/18/2026Rate: $35 - $38/hr (All Inclusive)Shift: Night ShiftResponsibilitiesJob SummaryPerform fiber testing, troubleshooting, remediation, and QA auditsExecute Tier 1 fiber certification and validationPerform OTDR, OLTS, VFL, and Light Source/Power Meter testingValidate fiber links, identify failures, and complete corrective actionsTroubleshoot MPO/MTP, single-mode, and multi-mode fiber environmentsMaintain accurate testing and closeout documentationSupport compliance with TIA/BICSI standardsRequired SkillsExperience with:OTDR TestingOLTS TestingVFL TestingLight Source / Power Meter TestingStrong troubleshooting and remediation experienceQA/QC experience in data center environmentsKnowledge of TIA/BICSI standardsHyperscale or data center deployment experience preferredWork ScheduleInitial schedule:6:00 PM – 6:30 AMSunday through Saturday morningExtended overnight schedule expected for the first four weeks, with possible transition to a five-day work week afterward.
