Pre Delivery Inspection Tech - Buick/GM , Aug 2024 Lester Glenn Auto Group, one of the largest private dealership groups in New Jersey is looking for motivated, people friendly, mechanically inclined and goal oriented individual. We are looking to train the right candidates from the ground up in the Lester Glenn way of doing business. We are looking for a Pre Delivery Inspection Technician for our Buick/GM Dealership to work our day shift and Saturday schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. As a PDI Tech: Responsible for prepping and inspecting vehicles before the customer purchase. Other duties include, but not limited: Checks fluids Checks all fuses Set radio and clocks Pin stripe Place brand decals Gas the vehicles Road test vehicles Will be held accountable for a per quota daily Other duties and responsibilities as assigned ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 with a valid and clean driver’s license Hours would be late day or early afternoon shift, including Saturdays, with a day off during the week. Must be dependable, reliable and good attention to detail Excellent customer service & organization skills Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Follows instructions from a supervisor and Interacts effectively with co-workers. Understands and follows work rules and procedures. Accepts constructive criticism and maintains professional appearance.
