Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a Permanent position located in Glens Falls, NY.Please see the details below to apply!Requirements: Specialty: Primary CareEducation: MD/DOCertifications: BC/BEState License: NYExperience: Need to have experience with infants and pediatric patientsFacility details:Full Time (40 hours)Start ASAPStaffed with strong nursing and leadership, imaging and Physical Therapists in most locationsOn-site lab at most locationsCerner EMR is used system-wideOutpatient onlyMinimal call (telephone call only, 3-4 weeks per year)2+ patients per hourNeed to have experience with infants and pediatric patientsMinor procedures done in officeHighly attractive compensation, time off, CME, incentive based bonuses on a bi-annual basis.Relocation, sign on, loan forgiveness are all options to discussAdditional details:We have a market-drive approach and target the median for base compensationPhysicians and (most) APPs are eligible for productivity bonusesCall pay may be built into salary or could result in extra compensation depends on the practice areaCME allowance paid time away from work and financial assistanceProfessional society / membership allowanceMalpractice coverage with tailDEA and NYS licensure paid in fullSign-on Bonus may be available for some positionsRelocation and/or housing assistance availableBiweekly payroll cycle If interested, please respond with the following:1.
