Banquet Server/Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities - Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service - Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register Requirements - Previous experience in bartending or related roles - Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques - Familiarity with food safety regulations - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to assist in other areas such as bussing, catering, or banquet services when needed -Must be able to obtain an Appleton bar license -Must be 18 years of age or older to apply Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Shift: Evening shift Work Location: In person
