We're looking for someone driven, energetic, curious, enthusiastic, proactive, and deeply passionate about image making in the creative industry: film, photography, design, visual identity, CGI, AI, Animation etc.Located in our beautiful Paris studio, France, as part of the AKQA team, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, surrounded by some of the brightest minds in their fields.ROLE REQUIREMENTSAs a Production Coordinator, you report to a Senior Producer, and will:Support pre-production phase:By fleshing out a project's planning to monitor deadlinesBuild briefing document and participate in briefing the different partnersBooking and coordinating internal resourcesOrganizing key meetings and tracking key milestonesTaking care of the administrative workflow (contracts, estimates, SOW, PO, etc.)Support production phaseAssist with travel coordination and logistics for shootsContribute to the preparation and organization of shooting documentsSupport the development of CGI assets, both in-house and in collaboration with external studiosKeep follow-up tools up to date to monitor the financial tracking of a projectProvide general production support across various tasks as neededSupport post-production phase:Organizing key meetings and keeping notes of the topicsKeep clear filing of documents & track project history in share foldersMonitoring creative reviews with creative teams and partnersEnsure that what's being delivered meets the initial brief and the quality standard of AKQAUse AKQA Project Management Tools to effectively initiate a project in the system, track and monitor a project's financial statusEscalate status and potential issues of the projects to your managerArchive the final deliverables following the AKQA process, closing the projectsOversee the regulation and follow-up of the buyoutsStart to develop knowledge of various talents and production companies on the marketQUALITIES AND CHARACTERISTICSRigorous and highly organizedAt this level, must demonstrate project management capabilitiesYou are a student you are able to work with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity. A first experience in production is a plus.With a passion for image and great craft, you like to take the lead on a project, you are organized and have good attention to detailsYou know the process of creating and delivering content in an agency or production environment being film / photo / social contentYou can handle client facing communicationYou have excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Committed to high standards of excellence and integrityEU working rights are required.
