We are intentionally growing our ABA program with a focus on:-Clinical quality-Ethical care-Sustainable workloads-Strong team collaborationWhat Makes Us Different-Privately owned organization with local leadership-Collaborative and supportive clinic culture-Leadership team that values clinician input-Focus on quality over volume-Strong commitment to employee growth and sustainabilityPosition OverviewThis is a part-time Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position working approximately 23 days per week in our Merrillville, IN, clinic environment.Unlike traditional BCBA roles:-There is no assigned caseload-No responsibility for managing a large client load-No direct employee management responsibilitiesInstead, this role focuses on:-Assisting with RBT supervision and support-Clinical collaboration-Providing mentorship and guidance-Supporting clinic operations and additional assigned projects/tasksThis is a primarily in-person role due to the hands-on support needed within the clinic environment.
