The role ensures the smooth, efficient, and professional functioning of the office while upholding Mandarin Oriental’s values.The Corporate Office Administrator reports to the Vice President, Global Sales, The Americas.As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the following duties:Front Desk Management and Customer ServiceGreeting colleagues and visitors and responding to inquiries in a professional mannerAnswer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnelManaging incoming and outgoing mail and packagesEnsure all meeting spaces are maintained and in good conditionSupporting senior leaders with expense report managementSupporting Sales team with event coordinationPartner with People & Culture to support office events and celebrationsLiasing with building management and facility management vendors for maintenance requestsResponsible for regular ordering of office supplies and pantry itemsPerforms other responsibilities and duties periodically as assigned by supervisor or office leadership to meet operational requirementsAs Office Administrator, We Expect From YouA high level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detailStrong organizational and communication skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environmentProactive demonstrate Mandarin Oriental’s values, acts with integrity, embraces a growth mindset, and takes pride in delivering service excellence for internal stakeholdersOur Commitment To You Learning & Development.
