Supply Chain Manager

Two 1-year contract positions supporting clinical supply chain operations. The team collaborates closely with external vendors and focuses on drug product (DP) and API supply management for clinical trials.The roles involve translating clinical demand into supply requirements, maintaining supply and inventory planning tools, coordinating manufacturing campaigns, managing inventory movement, supporting clinical supply initiatives, and communicating project milestones, risks, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Role Focus Areas:Inventory Management Role: Responsible for overseeing clinical material inventory operations within an outsourced manufacturing environment, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely shipments, and effective expiry management to support uninterrupted clinical supply. The role manages safety stock levels, cold chain logistics coordination, inventory reporting, and procurement activities while maintaining compliance with supply plans and operational requirements.Requirements: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain, clinical logistics, or inventory management; ERP/SAP experience preferred.Strategic Supply Planning Role: Responsible for leading end-to-end clinical supply planning within an outsourced manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable drug product supply through forecasting, MRP planning, and S&OP process management. The role develops rolling supply plans, translates demand into manufacturing schedules across external partners, manages inventory and supply risks, and provides planning insights to cross-functional leadership to support clinical program timelines.Requirements: Bachelors degree with 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO supply planning experience; strong MRP/ERP (SAP preferred), analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
