A company is looking for a Lead Database Administrator to architect and manage their data ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the long-term database strategy and roadmap in alignment with product growth and business goals
Lead architectural decisions for multi-tenant SaaS databases to ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
Manage and optimize Azure SQL Managed Instances and on-premise SQL Server environments for maximum stability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
8+ years of Database Administration experience in high-availability environments
3+ years of leadership experience as a Lead or Manager, mentoring junior DBAs and Database Developers
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance
Proven experience designing and managing multi-tenant SaaS database architectures
